Civil Litigation

Civil litigation is a formal procedural process which uses the court system or arbitration to resolve civil disputes. Since 1989, Thom Diachenko has dedicated his professional career to litigation and trial work. The first 12 years of his career were almost exclusively spent on defending health care providers in professional (medical, nursing, hospital etc.) malpractice claims. Thom’s work as an ICU nurse before and during law school in the 1980s gave him unique insight and subject matter expertise.

Thom’s Expertise

Thom opened his own practice in 2001 expanding the scope of his practice to personal injury, general negligence, wage and employment matters. Thom has prosecuted and defended cases through trial in 3 distinct practice areas: Medical Malpractice, Professional Negligence, Personal Injury (General Negligence) and Wage/Employment. Thom is no longer  accepting new cases but is available to co-counsel and consult in select cases.
