Beth J. Diachenko, RN
Beth Diachenko graduated with honors from Boston University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and has been a registered nurse for 40 years. Her nursing experience spans inpatient, outpatient and public health settings in medical, psychiatric, cardiac, and maternal-child health nursing. She and Thom have been married over 37 years and have two grown sons. For the last 20 years, Beth has joined Thom in working with clients who have experienced a catastrophic loss from medical malpractice, personal injury, elder abuse or wrongful death.
From the initial calls throughout the course of litigation and after, Beth not only understands the medical issues but also the disability our clients are experiencing. She works to assist them in navigating through the health care system and find the available support resources they need. She does all of this with compassion and concern, as any good nurse and advocate would do..
Beth has served on the March of Dimes board and advocated for patients’ rights on a state level in Sacramento and on a federal level in Washington DC. Former clients have been very thankful for the results achieved by the Diachenkos and their staff as well as the compassion and availability offered to them throughout their case.
